Pretty good! I got the chicken pho + spring rolls and they were tasty. I got it to-go, so maybe not the best way to try it but still very enjoyable.

It's a nice sized establishment, and clean. Bright and well lit as well. The pho was good! The meat was tender as well! So much flavor in the broth, but not as clean as I like. I love that they have a fixings bar, so you can get all the toppings you want! (Swear places are stingy with the jalapeños,lol). Meat was fresh, even the rare steak! Anyway, I had the special pho, shrimp egg rolls and a Jarritos! I did not like the egg rolls, they were mushy inside (see pic). However, I love that they have a drink cooler for options other than traditional drinks! Totally going back to this, and would highly recommend.

In my opinion, this is the best bowl of pho I've had in LA and I've tried them all. I think the reason I'm giving this business four stars has to do with both the ambience and the selections on the menu. For starters, they do not offer other traditional Vietnamese dishes, like spring rolls, or bun. It seems that it is very limited to Pho and some fried options like fried rice, deep fried egg rolls and donkatsu. The ambience was very bright, and the music was a bit loud for my taste. I like something a little bit more subdued, but I understand that I'm being a bit picky. But the actual Pho itself? Unbelievably flavorful. Another complaint, they do not offer the nuoc beo (which is traditionally available at every pho place I've ever been to). They don't even know what it is, kind of a bummer. On the plus side, they have what is almost a salad bar type set up where you can grab the sides for the Pho that you want: lime slices, basil, bean, sprouts, jalapeño slices, and onions. This is perfect for me because I like to have a little more basil and onion, but I don't care for the jalapeño and that way none gets wasted on me. If you're only interested in getting a bowl of pho, you are in the right place. I will be back here again for sure.

Hi Yelpers, Wow! Quick service, quiet ambience, and amazing food. I ordered the fried shrimp plate while family ordered Pho. We had the house special, the beef rib, and we had all the veggies. My plate had an extra side of soup with delicious broth. I can't wait to return here. Yummy Yummy!

The Eating Factory Pholala is my current favorite phở restaurant in not only Los Angeles but all of Southern California. To be fully transparent, I got obliterated at Terra Cotta the night before so a post-drinking remedy was essential. There is a slight possibility that it could've amplified my dining experience here. Ha. Overall Assessment (5/5 stars): * Price: Although on the costlier end of phở/Vietnamese food in Los Angeles, it is very well worth it. They provide plenty of meat. Like... PLENTY. More than enough. * Wait Time: As quick as you can imagine. I went to the washroom to wash my hands, and by the time I was seated, the food was already out and ready. * Service: Immaculate. It is a family-operated business, and the lady working there (1 pm on a Sunday) was remarkably friendly. She was the only one working at the front, so I greatly respect her for handling the weekly post-Church rush hour. * Parking: Plenty of complimentary and convenient self-parking. * Ambiance: Standard. Nothing special. However, the self-serve all-you-can-eat garnish bar is the icing on the cake. Do you ever feel uncomfortable asking for more garnishes at a phở restaurant? Worry no more. In this regard, the Eating Factory Pholala wants its customers to enjoy their meals without delays.

This New Pho restaurant emerged recently in K-town. Surprisingly good! Great Pho in the Hood. House Special Combo Pho was dope! And so was the Factory Beef Short rib soup, usually with 2 ribs sticking out of the bowl. The condiments station was great to have all the fixings of Onions, jalapeño peppers, cilantro and Kim Chi. Restaurant is clean and fresh. Been here many times and will be back again. Open late, but closed on Mondays.
